Brand Visual Identity
Redesign

Personal logo rebrand marks the beginning of my brand design career, a project I started in early January. The design draws inspiration from the silhouette of my mascot and the playful doodles my younger brother loves to sketch everywhere, adding a personal and nostalgic touch to the identity.

The initial idea for the logo came from the silhouette of my mascot and little drawings my little brother drew everywhere. But, at first it didn't look as great, because it didn't have the shade, the stroke size was too small, and the logo had to be gridded properly. After finishing the logo mark, I started working on the wordmark, I had ideas how I wanted to change it but ultimately, decided to keep the old one, and just make the mascot smaller.
Then I had to do the lockups, and I ran into a problem, the lockup alignment didn't look properly on the vertical lockup. So, the vertical lockup was in the works for a week. Also, there is no horizontal lockup, because it didn't look good with the logo mark. So, I decided to make a simplified lockup, just the logo mark and the mascot.
Also, I needed logos for sub-brands as I have different social media pages, that need different profile pictures so I decided to just change the color of the logo for them. In future, I plan to launch RADAM Store, with my merch, and I will need a separate visual identity while still connecting to my main one, but that's for later.

Color Palette needed complete overhaul, because my previous color palette was overfilled with different colors, that didn't match and reflect with my vision and mission. So I decided to make a light and bright with different colors for my sub brands.
